Trump Newsletter April 2024 Edition
Welcome to the Trump Newsletter, April 2024 edition. The Trump effect is only growing as April delivered another strong month for the Trump Campaign. Trump rallied in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, where he delivered a powerful and patriotic speech in front of 42,000 spectators. Trump also rallied in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and Grand Rapids, Michigan, earlier in April.
Trump officially rounded out the GOP nomination in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Success only continued as the Trump Campaign outraised the Biden Campaign by over 10 million dollars despite the DNC’s best attempts. The Trump Campaign raised over 50 million dollars in donations from the Palm Beach fundraiser held at Mar-a-Lago.
Trump Responds as Hush Money Trial Proceeds with Key Witnesses and Jury Selection
The “Hush Money Trial” is underway, with the jury being selected and the case proceeding. Trump, on day one of this charade, announced to the press that this is an attack on America as a whole. The conflicted judge disallowed Trump to attend the high school graduation of his youngest son, Baron Trump, a request usually granted in any other set of circumstances. Trump has rightfully expressed his discontent with this trial even taking place, claiming the trial is election interference, derailing the Trump Campaign from rallying in key swing states.
Some witnesses have been called to testify, including David Pecker, owner of the National Enquirer, in relation to his media coverage during the 2016 presidential election. Other witness that have already testified include Gary Farro, who was a banker at First Republic Bank that facilitated the financial transaction involving Michael Cohen. Rhona Graff, a former Executive of the Trump Organization with ties to the investigation, has also taken the stand thus far.

Trump Addresses NYC Bodega Crime Concerns and Reaffirms Abortion Policy Stance
Trump was invited by the Bodega Association to discuss the New York crime wave that is detrimentally impacting bodegas and small businesses. Trump addressed bodega workers and shopkeepers in Manhattan after the second day of the trial. Trump received enormous support with chants and unprecedented fanfare as he condemned AG Alvin Bragg, who has failed to tackle rising Crime in New York. Trump announced his official position on life, where he reconfirmed his stance on the topic of abortion.
Trump reinforced his views on the unsavoury topic and reminded the public of his impact involving the overturning of Roe V Wade. Trump announced he would not implement a national abortion ban and said his policies would leave the issue of abortion back to the states. Trump reiterated his position on late-term abortion as a radical stance and his displeasure with late-term abortion up to or after the moment of birth, describing it as an extreme position.
Trump Faces Airport Naming Bill Push While Meeting World Leaders on NATO and Security
During April, Republican Rep. Guy Reschenthaler from Pennsylvania’s 14th congressional district put forward a bill to rename the Washington Dulles Airport in Virginia in honor of President Trump. The proposed title is set to be named The Donald J. Trump International Airport. A verdict at this stage is yet to be announced on the proposal. Diplomacy was on the agenda at Trump Tower, with Trump meeting multiple world leaders throughout April.
Between the “Hush Money Trial” proceedings, Trump met with incumbent Polish President Andrzej Duda to discuss matters involving NATO and the Ukraine-Russia conflict. In addition, Trump also engaged in a dialogue with former Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso, as the theme of national security was a hot topic. Trump and Aso held discussions involving the US-Japan alliance, as potential threats in the Indo-Pacific are imminent.
